The Southeastern Writers Association offers cash contests in novels, short fiction, speculative short fiction, poetry, young adult fiction, non-fiction, and inspirational writing, as well as free manuscript evaluation conferences with instructors. The conference is held June 15-22 this year on St. Simons Island, GA at Epworth by the Sea, which is a Methodist resort. The deadline for manuscripts and early bird registration ($359) is April 1st.
